the game i was playing froze eesulting in me loosing my winnings , after me emailing ladbrokes i was awarded my lost winnings plus additional winnings that i could of won with my remaining free spins , and to be honest i almost didnt email ladbrokes because i thought i would not get my money , but because i did and due to the grade A customer service i got witthin one working day my account was creddited , can not compliment the ladbrokes team enough , will definetky remain a loyal customer ????
