Customer service by the VIP Bonus team I spoke to on the phone was sublime. Kieran from management was a true gent who spoke honestly and dealt with my query in a fair manner. Kristina (spelling?) was excellent too and listened to my predicament giving a fair and balanced argument with a friendly approach of a true professional. I believe I also spoke to someone called Chloe who was delightful. Whole team on the phones were fantastic to be honest and I cannot praise them enough. Credit to your industry.
