I was contacted by Dan in the VIP team tonight after a win and he was very courteous and polite. Equally he really kindly helped me clear 'cookies and caches' both on my phone and laptop and resolve an issue I had with an unfinished game I simply couldn't finish...he then kindly sorted another one too! A very helpful chat and a credit to Ladbrokes as are all of your staff.. so thank you very much. Your games are fab, as an ex RPG player I love the variety... obviously winning is nice too. So a big thank you Dan as you did more than simply congratulate me you also fixed issues that were niggling me! :-)
