Dan has been very helpful this evening. Followed up on an issue I raised previously and making sure that everything was dealt with after being left with conflicting information previously. Very polite and helpful. Also was nice that he had a colleague contact me to inform me he was having problems with his computer which disconnected him rather than leave me waiting. The kind of service that companies should aim to provide to customers in all sectors and be recognised. Thanks again.
