I was served by Stephanie from VIP. She did a great job resolving my query, regarding a Promo Cash Refund which I was promised today. It was disappointing that I had to call in the first place to enquire why the money had not been deposited as promised. It was also a shame that the help session froze, so I had to re-enter the system. However, the things which were within Stephanie's control were done well and I'm happy that the refund was processed there and then.
