I had a query regarding a promotion and had to contact Customer Services. My enquiry was dealt with by VIP Agent Joe, and I cant emphasise how much he was a help. He dealt with my enquiry professionally, efficiently and extremely pleasantly. It felt that nothing was a trouble to him and, nowadays, it is very rare to have a Customer Service Advisor who we are able to praise.
