I was served by Joe from VIP today. I wanted a little goodwill gesture bonus as there haven't been any promotions available on the games I like so i feel that i'm missing out a bit. joe was restricted in what he could offer me, which was only a disappointing 10 spins at minimum stake. However, I was impressed with his patience and helpfulness. He dealt politely with me and did his best to meet my request. The bonus is generally just a little extra thing I was trying to achieve, and still feel under-rewarded in regards to my slots wagering, but it in no way reflects the prompt and helpful service I receive from Ladbrokes. Joe has been a good example of this consist willingness to help. big thumbs up Joe ;-)
