It just makes me feel a lot more relaxed chatting on live help these days,,don't ask me why but everyone I have had the pleasure to talk to especially joe today has been exceptional and I have been having a laugh and joke with them ,,whereas in the past ( I.e months ago ) they seemed as if they didn't have the time of day for you but now it's like you are talking to someone on your own wavelength,,keep up the exceptional service ,,,and any chance of a few spins JOE V.I.P haha..
