Their mistakes they should be held responsible not blaming Customers.Staff are payed to do a Job and issue the correct Tickets ,lost £300 because of Ladbrokes mistake and doing Venerable Pensioners of money they won,had and showed Slips with correct Numbers Ladbrokes won’t except their mistakes, They should be held Responsible.
