The Apply4Me has helped cut down time in getting my CV out there and at least helped me filter my job search to positions that I want to apply for. Resume feedback was helpful and took some tips to streamline. The Ladders listings are heavy on sites that gather postings from companies that are already listing in Ladders so there is some redundancy to watch out for. Haven't gone as far as optimizing my LinkedIn as I feel it is pretty well established and did not want to alter too much. So far (very early) I am at least saving time on getting leads and submitting CVs.
