I am leaving Ladders because I signed up over 15 years ago when I was out of work. Since then, I got a new job, not through Ladders, held that position for nearly 10 years and have since retired (happily). Ladders was a huge part of my original job search, going on the site daily for close to 2 years. The position I found was in Higher Education and through a site that was specificaly for Higher Education. I only recently realized that I never closed out my account. Best of luck to Ladders, you are going to be needed, now more than ever.
