The customer support is absolutely incredible. At the beginning we've had a presentation / demo session with one of they team members and later they even helped us connecting our VoIP provider. As a bit very technical savvy person, this has helped us save a lot of time and efforts. As for the software, the tool is easy to manage and use. The included automation features were a game changer.
