Ordered 1st scooter in Jan not delivered.
2nd "stolen" when YODEL courier "gave" the parcel to a random passerby......if you believe THAT!
We have reported this to Police and Trading standards as 4 months later still no refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
YODEL have admitted they lost the parcel and have told my son to liaise with the retailer......you would think as we have good consumer protections in this country that there would of been no issue with a refund.
It's looking like we will have to go to court with this one.
