ordered out of christmas catalog and when I got my validation email was charged full price for items on sale. said the price changed Oct.13 and I ordered Nov. 11 (got the calalog 1 week prior) called customer service and got someone who spoke broken english and was very rude. Long story short after 1 day I have to accept order and return it for a refund. Never order from this company again. Rude,and uncaring staff.
