So, first issue - ordered a dress in February 2020 - clearly marked "in stock" in the catalog - after a month goes by, get an email - dress is backordered - dress never shows up until AUGUST 2020! 2 weeks ago i ordered xmas gifts - again, CLEARLY marked everything is IN STOCK when i place the order - i received this order and an entire portion of my order has been CANCELLED due to "inventory issues". Ummmm why was I never notified about the cancellation? Now i don't have time to buy another gift as these need to be shipped asap. Thanks a bunch Lakeside Collection. I spoke to customer service - told them to completely remove me from all emails, promottions, mailings etc., that i will NEVER order from these people again. Spend your hard earned $ elsewhere my friends - this company could care less about you.
