Placed an order in October... Still waiting on an item from that order. I understand if something is backordered... but- when I decided not to wait anymore and requested a refund- Suddenly it was listed as being "shipped".
In reality, a shipping label was created- but the item is NOT moving. It's been 4 days at that status.
Was this really the answer to avoid having to issue me a refund? Just lie and pretend it shipped?
