I placed an order on November 30. The shipping label was created on Dec 1. I received an email on Dec 8 but the USPS tracking system shows that they did not have the package until Dec 12. So what happened during those 4 days? So now the package is out in no man’s land of USPS lost packages. I have emailed them over and over. No response at all. I have called and never get to a human to talk to. Their stuff isn’t that great and not worth all this headache. It’s one thing to blame the postal service for the delay but it sat in their warehouse for 4 days. And now no response. It makes me so angry.
