I had ordered from them several times previously and was happy. The pre-approved me for holiday purchases. I spent a lot of money. I ordered a huge order in November. I only got 3 things on my order. I finally got through to them today December 21. I was told the rest of my entire order was "back stock" and I would get them in 23 to 45 days. I told them it was for Christmas and I didn't want them. They didn't refund me. Do not order from these people. They are terrible.
