Terrible experience with customer service. After being charged for shipping,(was supposed to be free) and also my item going on sale 3 days later, I called for a refund, and price adjustment. had to call 3 different days, and about 10 representatives. After all that they refused to help me in any way. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED!!!!!!!!!! Will never order from them again.
