Will never order from them again. Customer service stalls on giving answers, talked to them 5 times and promised item had been shipped, I verified with my carrier that item has never been shipped to them. After 30 days have not received item. Have been told three different times that I will receive a refund within 24 hrs. I have protested item with my credit card company and they are following up. Beware of doing business with Lakeside Collections.
