I ordered on December 25th, not long after I got a shipping confirmation saying a label was created. I actually forgot all about my order until I got an email confirming my return! I never received the order! They refunded my paypal $4 which is not the correct amount even without the shipping and "carrier surcharge." I called and was put on hold and then told to call back tomorrow because that department wasn't there. I might just contact paypal and avoid the headache! Wish I read the reviews before ordering!
