So I ordered a pair of black shoes on April 22. Then a couple of days later, on the 26, my account was charged. Fine, right? Well May 4 rolls around and no package. I contact customer service and apparently my package was in Illinois, across the country from where I live?! And if I hadn’t reached out, I never would’ve known that?? The only hint I got were promotional emails that went to my spam saying they hoped I was enjoying my purchase?! I couldn’t track my package on my own because I hadn’t created an account, so I had to contact customer service just to have an idea of where my package was? Incredibly lame. Do no recommend.
