They keep sending me e-mails relating to deliveries and queries for a US customer with the same name as mine. I do not live in the US and have had the same e-mail address for 20+ years. Have tried to get them to correct the e-mail address they have for this woman, so she can get her own e-mails - I gather from their response that they don't care very much about their customers, though they did tell me to 'have a great day' while failing to deal with it .....
