Very disappointed-
1. name for recipient was not what I put on order.
2. Sent a tracking number 7 days after order and Fed Ex has no record of the order.
3. Chatted online with incompetent associate and never did answer the questions.
4. A gift that I still have no idea where it is or when will arrive.
Do not use this company to send gifts. Unreliable. Probably out of US.
