I am a regular customer and have been lucky with my orders in that the items have been good. HOWEVER, I placed an order and did NOT get the free shipping. The coupon expired tonight at midnight. I called “customer service” when I realized I was being charged for shipping & saw my order did not ship yet. I was told since i ordered 4 days ago, i could not get free shipping…I would have had to call yesterday! There is a 3-day limit to amend the shipping. Seriously?????? I order lots from Lakeside but am so turned off right now.
