I also was charged 14.95 for the perks plan without my consent. I've called twice to cancel and refund and a week later still not resolved. their info says they ship postal service but that's a lie, they ship fedex to the post office. my order has been in shipment now for 7 days. It has been in more states across country than I can name. Perhaps I will lodge a complain with the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
