Too bad you cant give a zero, they have no sense of urgency and do not care about customer service. I placed a HUGE order and paid for 3-5 day shipping to get a few days before a company Christmas party. Called for days and was told every day it was in process. I was then told it would be here today, told it would be next week, told because I am in Texas it will actually take 6-8 days. I asked to cancel the order since it will arrive arrive a week after the party and they said it is impossible to cancel the order. They have lost a HUGE account!!!!!! This place is a big ripoff. Do yourself a favor and go to another site.
