Placed two orders on the same day. First order, one of the items were canceled and the rest of it shipped immediately. For the second order, which had 8 items, 10 days later still says preparing to ship. Called customer service and waited 20 minutes before speaking with a representative. I asked her why it’s been 10 days since I ordered and it’s still preparing to ship? She says let me check on that and of course, we were disconnected. Called back again and waited 25 minutes before hanging up. Naturally, all the items in this order are Christmas gifts that I need to send myself. This was my first, and definitely, my last order with Lakeside Collection.
