Order placed almost 2 weeks ago and still in "Processing" status. Called customer service to cancel and they indicated they could not since it's in processing status. I mean, isn't it always in processing status from order to ship???? Ridiculous and unacceptable. This retailer always takes forever to ship and I will never order from them again!
