I placed an order on Nov. 30th for Christmas presents. Dec. 10th has rolled around and my order still hasn't shipped. I called customer service and only got the automated menu. When prompted to select 0 I was hung up on. When speaking with the live chat they just state I will be emailed when my order will be shipped. I will never order from this company again.
