If you place an order and want to cancel you can't they process immediately and won't help to stop the order. Neither will they price match thus shop around. They say you can refuse when it arrives but FedEx drops it off without anyone there thus making it difficult to carry rugs back to FedEx to ship back. Customer service is no help.
