I was charged for an order I did not approve. When I contacted the company they told me that they would send me a shipping label and I could return all the items. I told them to cancel the order since it had not been processed and it had not been approved. The company refused and told me that they would provide me with a shipping label and I could return all the items before they would refund me. Contacted my bank and was able to prove fraud. Next I will be contacting Better Business Bureau.
