I've never had an issue with my orders, but I didn't care for the 7 day trial for their "rewards" program and $14.95/mo after the trial.
I was able to call and get it canceled without issue.
For me the store itself gets 4 stars because I haven't had an issue with them, but I knocked a star (almost thought about 2 stars) for the shady rewards program tactic. I'll definitely be paying more attention to this in the future.
