I have always gotten my orders promptly and love their low prices. In fact in the past if I got "the wrong thing", they would tell me to keep what I got and send me the thing I really ordered.
That being said, what on earth is wrong with their website?? It freezes up on every device I use so it's not me. Makes it way too hard to shop and browse! Has been doing this for months.
Lakeside, it is very important to fix your site ASAP or you will lose lots of business. The holidays are coming and people need to be able to order online easily!
