If I could give a negative 1 star I would. A few months ago I sent away for 2 items and yet only got one. Both items were the same, just different colors 1 for me one for my husband. I received the one for my husband last week, but mine still hasn't arrived. Plus this isn't the first time today I've been on hold with them, I've tried twice before this today alone. If they can't be trusted to ship the entire order. What makes me think that they can be trusted to operate a phone. The definitely lost my business.
