Have been waiting 15 days for them to send FedEx prepaid return label which I requested via e-mail. Their phone number for RETURNS is NEVER answered and hangs up on you. Today I tried their general Customer Service number which entertained me with recordings but no answer. I have been a customer for several years and received many fun products at good prices; however, NO MORE. I had no idea until the last month and a half that Lakeside Collection Customer Service was so completely crappy. I will never order from them again.
