On May 7 I ordered a sofa table with outlets; I received couple emails advising it was 'in process' to be shipped. I was able to find the same thing on Amazon which I ordered; 3 emails to Lakeside advising them to cancel the order (no acknowledgement other than auto response); 4 phone calls to them advising them to cancel ("customer service" advised that couldn't be done). June 8 it was delivered and the amount deducted from my checking account. I immediately took the item back to FedEx to have it returned. In the past I have had good luck with this company but I absolutely will never do business with them again. And as far as customer service, they have none.
