Terrible customer service and flexibility. I placed an order and then realized that I needed to add one more item. They wouldn’t let me add the item and said I could order separately which then meant that I had I had to pay shipping My first order qualified for free shipping. So I ask to cancel order and they said no. They couldn’t cancel.
