They are the worst! My zippy sweeper broke after about 64 days and they won’t do ANYTHING about it. They said it was later than their 60 day policy!!! 4 days longer!! Took forever to get it so it’s probably not 64 days!! It’s probably less than 60! They also didn’t give me free shipping as a promo I took advantage of. Took over a month to get $9.99 reimbursed. Never will i use this company. Horrible
