I loved this company. They always seem to have unique items. The "last" time I ordered from them I noticed an additional charge for $14.95 when I hadn't received any items because they were all back ordered. When I called I was told I signed up for the Lakeside Collection Perks. I did not sign up for it. I have ordered numerous times and never had this problem. They wouldn't remove the fee so I told them to cancel my back ordered items and to never send me a catalog again. I spent money with them on a regular basis but after sneaking in a membership fee I'll never buy anything from them again.
