I ordered a 3 tier serving tray that did not come with the piece to put it all together. The first time I called, their system hung up on me, the second time I called they said they would ship the piece, the third time I called they said they would just replace the entire item and the fourth time I called I was told to call Walmart directly and that they would send my request off to a specialist. It's been FIVE MONTHS!!! I still don't have the piece or a replacement. I will never order from this company again through Walmart or otherwise.
