loved this company. They always seem to have unique items. I noticed a charge for $14.95 when I hadn't ordered anything. When I called I was told I signed up for the Lakeside Collection Perks. I did not sign up for it. I have ordered numerous times and never had this problem. They nicely refunded the $14.95 but I do not like them sneaking in a membership fee I'll never buy anything from them again.
