They have the rudest "customer service" agents, first of all when you use the chat feature they dont answer for at least 10 min, then when they do they don't honor their own coupons and tell you to call customer service if you want their coupons honored, then what in the hell do you have a chat feature for?!? I have been over charged for items, and was also told.if.i want.to return something, I have to pay to return it.
