Lakeside messed up an order, which I was initially unhappy about. But when I called them to fix the problem, they went above and beyond my expectations. I realize as a catalog shopper that orders do sometimes get messed up, especially around the holidays, but the fact that a company goes the extra mile to fix their mistake, and make sure I'm happy really means something to me, and is what builds customer loyalty for me.
