Most of the reviews on here from people who don't pay attention when they check out. They're very clear about the $14.95 program after you check out and what you need to do to keep it or cancel it. It's very simple, read people! You can claim $10 back on your purchase by agreeing to the 7 day trial. If you don't want to keep it (which I didn't) you simply log in to your account and click CANCEL. Oh my God, that's was sooooo hard. It's cancels literally immediately without taking to anyone and I still get my $10 rebate. Can't sit there and get all mad and buty hurt over a charge when it's you that aren't paying attention. Be smarter people.
