When I tried to order (online) for the first time and use the code I received for 15% off and free shipping ... the online form would NOT allow me to use it. I "chatted" online with customer service. She was rude, disinterested, and told me she could not help me. I called customer service today ... 1 (847) 444-3150. I got a lady in the Philippine, explained my distress and concerns - who said she would honor the coupon code ... and AFTER I gave her my ENTIRE order over the phone with the coupon code - SHE would not honor the coupon code. I asked to talk to her supervisor ... she put me on hold ... then at 37 minutes and 43 seconds ... she hung up on me!
