Lakeside was charging my account $14.95 for perks I never requested. I was never notified. They say they notify you by email; however, this was a one time purchase and I receive too many emails to notice. I have paid this amount for 9 months and paid heavily for the items I received. I will never order from them again because this was underhanded tactics and at this point I already paid way too much for the items when you include the perks. If they want to do perks, they should mail an explanation of what the perks are and outline the customer's benefits. It should be understood when making purchases because I feel I was blindsided. Unfortunately, I thought prices and products looked good but what a price I paid.
