I bought a dress for a wedding and the color was nothing like it showed online. I communicated with them several time politely asking for a refund (even offering to pay /deduct the shipping) I provided photos of the dress to prove the color was very different. They still wouldn’t refund my money doe the dress. Terrible terrible customer service !!! I’ll never buy anything from them again!!!
