“They have the worst customer experience ever. First time I have ordered something online and not been able to return. The dress I ordered for my child is too big, I emailed them to return it and they won't accept it. They suggested I take it to a tailor to fix. If I do this it will take away from the design of the dress. They would rather someone else mess with their work than work with you and provide a product that a consumer can be happy with. No where does it state that all sales are final. Horrible business.”
“I wish I read reviews before ordering! My daughter wears a size 7/8 in clothing and she is 7 years old. I ordered her a size 7 dress and it was huge on her. I asked to exchange for a small size and they do no returns or exchanges. For a business that sells clothing to not accept exchanges for different sizes is crazy to me.”

“My daughter in law bought from here. The dress wrong size, out of shape like 2 different sizes between left and right. They refused refund, however, we cited the consumer rights act and was able to get a refund through her bank card. The bank did not want to refund either but we kept pushing and threatened to get the ombudsman involved so they sent our complaint to the relevant department and they refunded immediately on condition the wedding dress was donated to a charity shop. Fair enough as people could try it on and see what they were buying... great if you had the skill to adapt it!
Don't buy from Lalamira, but if you've been caught out, ask for your refund, and if (when) they wont give you your money back, go to your bank card provider and ask if they can help. Check the terms of your credit agreement and keep pushing.”
“Customer service is horrible, they make all their customers ask for a “return product form” so they can decline and say no to returns. They don’t follow their returns and refund policy. Customer service says the same thing “it wasn’t our fault. The correct size was sent out” meaning they got the correct size that people order and send them out and with that they don’t have to accept. So doing their job is what won’t get you a refund. More people need to be aware of these scams. Read reviews on companies before buying so you don’t have to go through this same mistake.”

“I ordered my daughter‘s prom dress before time I even paid expedite shipping the dress was already a week late coming from where it was. So I tried to sent it back before the 7th day expiration,explaining that the dress did not make it on time🙄, going back-and-forth with the rep on the correction of the shipping date was pointless therefore my refund wasn’t denied. I tried again to return the dress, stating that I wasn’t satisfied with it and the Customer Service rep decided that since there isn’t any inconsistency with the dress my refund was not approve but their policy states that if you’re not satisfied for whatever reason you are expected a refund. So why they’re not honoring their policy 😡”
“I paid for a wedding dress and a pair of shoes, the website took the money twice, i sent them my measurements and paid the customization fee, 3 weeks after I only received the shoes, i emailed them asking for my dress and they replied saying I didn’t play for it, after I checked my bank statement I saw two different payments to them, I requested a refund or a dress and I never again hear back from them.
Also I emailed them in different occasions with questions about the order and they never replied.
Very bad customer service, I feel like they stole my money and ruined one of the most important moments of my life!

They emailed me back and forth with excuses & you cannot call to speak with someone verbally. If I could give them zero stars I would. Stay away from this website and do not waste your time, because taking a chance and ordering from online pictures, you will be stuck with an item you don't want forever. They even suggested that I resell the dress to a friend or consignment store.”
“DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a dress from their website and it did not fit me, came wrong size and also broken zip. I contacted them for return as they don't provide you return address however the respond I got via email "Sell it locally unfortauntely we don't get refunds". However if you check their website their return policy, you have to contact them wihtin 14 days of delivery which I contacted them same day the dress was delivered.
I highly don't recommend you to purchase anything on this website. Don't believe the photos, the dresses are totally different compared to photo. It is disgusting customer service!!!

“Don’t buy from this site Weddig dresses. I order one and it is nothing like the pic. The dress is flat looking and cheap!! One of my bust are way bigger than the other one because they have it sowed very odd. I have been emailing them to get my refund and they keep telling me there is nothing wrong with the dress. To keep it and just sell it! Wow!!! I’ve asked to speak to the owner and they will not give me the contact information! Beware if you want to do returns. I am very displeased with this company. “Used their chart measurement for my daughter and it’s wrong. After back and forth e-mails, they wouldn’t exchange for the correct size. The wedding is in 3 weeks so I bought a larger size and paid another $21.99 in shipping. I emailed them the dress measurements next to a tape measure with the website not correlating in size and they still refused an exchange. If my cousin didn’t ask to buy from this store specifically to match the other flower girl dresses, I would never buy from this site! I can find a better quality dress from Amazon with cheaper shipping”
“I very rarely write reviews but I feel so strongly about this company and I don't want the same to happen to anyone else.
We ordered a dress which looked beautiful on the website, it took ages to arrive and went to the Post Office and then we had to collect it. As soon as we opened the box we realised that the dress was terrible quality, it looked like curtain lining, was screwed up and inside out. The dress looked nothing like the website and to top it off there were stains on the back, like someone had worn it! Within 2 days we contacted La La Mira for a return and heard nothing. I then emailed them a week later to be told that it was out of the 7 day return policy. I emailed to ask them to look at their system to see that we did contact them to arrange a return to be told again that we were out of the 7 day return policy. I emailed again to explain that I was appalled by the customer service and I had spent £115 in good faith on a dress that we are now stuck. Their reply and I quote was " keep the dress or just sell it' I know that I won't get my money back, even though I have contacted my bank to try, although I will not give up! I would just like to prevent other people from losing their hard earned money. The people that run this site should be ashamed of themselves . PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.”
“I would not even give this company one star, they are a scam and their product look absolutely nothing like the picture displayed!! I ordered a white dress that took over three weeks to get here (but that’s beside the point). I received the dress that looked absolutely nothing like the picture, was a cheap piece of fabric and was LIGHT PURPLE!!! I contacted them within hours of receiving the dress and was told that It is “common sense” when online shopping that the dress may not look like the picture displayed and they refuse to give me a refund, as stated in their email it is not fair for them to take responsibility for this!! They told me to give it to a family member or sell it to someone locally. No one would even want to pay $20 for this FABRIC! Horrible customer service, stay FAR AWAY from this site!”
