“My daughter in law bought from here. The dress wrong size, out of shape like 2 different sizes between left and right. They refused refund, however, we cited the consumer rights act and was able to get a refund through her bank card. The bank did not want to refund either but we kept pushing and threatened to get the ombudsman involved so they sent our complaint to the relevant department and they refunded immediately on condition the wedding dress was donated to a charity shop. Fair enough as people could try it on and see what they were buying... great if you had the skill to adapt it!
Don't buy from Lalamira, but if you've been caught out, ask for your refund, and if (when) they wont give you your money back, go to your bank card provider and ask if they can help. Check the terms of your credit agreement and keep pushing.”

“Customer service is horrible, they make all their customers ask for a âreturn product formâ so they can decline and say no to returns. They donât follow their returns and refund policy. Customer service says the same thing âit wasnât our fault. The correct size was sent outâ meaning they got the correct size that people order and send them out and with that they donât have to accept. So doing their job is what wonât get you a refund. More people need to be aware of these scams. Read reviews on companies before buying so you donât have to go through this same mistake.”

“I ordered my daughterâs prom dress before time I even paid expedite shipping the dress was already a week late coming from where it was. So I tried to sent it back before the 7th day expiration,explaining that the dress did not make it on timeđ, going back-and-forth with the rep on the correction of the shipping date was pointless therefore my refund wasnât denied. I tried again to return the dress, stating that I wasnât satisfied with it and the Customer Service rep decided that since there isnât any inconsistency with the dress my refund was not approve but their policy states that if youâre not satisfied for whatever reason you are expected a refund. “I paid for a wedding dress and a pair of shoes, the website took the money twice, i sent them my measurements and paid the customization fee, 3 weeks after I only received the shoes, i emailed them asking for my dress and they replied saying I didnât play for it, after I checked my bank statement I saw two different payments to them, I requested a refund or a dress and I never again hear back from them.
Also I emailed them in different occasions with questions about the order and they never replied.
Very bad customer service, I feel like they stole my money and ruined one of the most important moments of my life!

“I very rarely write reviews but I feel so strongly about this company and I don't want the same to happen to anyone else.
We ordered a dress which looked beautiful on the website, it took ages to arrive and went to the Post Office and then we had to collect it. As soon as we opened the box we realised that the dress was terrible quality, it looked like curtain lining, was screwed up and inside out. The dress looked nothing like the website and to top it off there were stains on the back, like someone had worn it! Within 2 days we contacted La La Mira for a return and heard nothing. I then emailed them a week later to be told that it was out of the 7 day return policy. I emailed to ask them to look at their system to see that we did contact them to arrange a return to be told again that we were out of the 7 day return policy. I emailed again to explain that I was appalled by the customer service and I had spent ÂŁ115 in good faith on a dress that we are now stuck. Their reply and I quote was " keep the dress or just sell it' I know that I won't get my money back, even though I have contacted my bank to try, although I will not give up! I would just like to prevent other people from losing their hard earned money. The people that run this site should be ashamed of themselves . PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.”
