"I paid for a wedding dress and a pair of shoes, the website took the money twice, i sent them my measurements and paid the customization fee, 3 weeks after I only received the shoes, i emailed them asking for my dress and they replied saying I didn\u2019t play for it, after I checked my bank statement I saw two different payments to them, I requested a refund or a dress and I never again hear back from them.\r\n\r\nAlso I emailed them in different occasions with questions about the order and they never replied.\r\n\r\nVery bad customer service, I feel like they stole my money and ruined one of the most important moments of my life! \r\n\r\nI guess it\u2019s true you get what you paid for :("

Emailed them about returning and I was told since I was ordering online I shouldn\u2019t expect it to look like the picture \u2026 they refused to accept my return. The dress I got looks like a cheaply made Halloween costume. I do not recommend using this site at all. Wish I had never ordered from here. Terrible service."

One of my bust are way bigger than the other one because they have it sowed very odd. I have been emailing them to get my refund and they keep telling me there is nothing wrong with the dress. To keep it and just sell it! Wow!!! I\u2019ve asked to speak to the owner and they will not give me the contact information! Beware if you want to do returns. I am very displeased with this company. What you pay for is what you get, cheap for cheaply made."

"Used their chart measurement for my daughter and it\u2019s wrong. After back and forth e-mails, they wouldn\u2019t exchange for the correct size. The wedding is in 3 weeks so I bought a larger size and paid another $21.99 in shipping. I emailed them the dress measurements next to a tape measure with the website not correlating in size and they still refused an exchange. If my cousin didn\u2019t ask to buy from this store specifically to match the other flower girl dresses, I would never buy from this site! I can find a better quality dress from Amazon with cheaper shipping"
